Materials
PVC, acrylic, composite panel, stainless steel, aluminium. The choice depends on the location, size and budget.
Flat
Cut from sheet and fixed to the wall or on standoffs. The letter casts a shadow and looks three-dimensional.
Dimensional
A letter with sides: the depth adds weight and readability at an angle.
Material options
Phuket's climate means sun, downpours and salt in the air. We choose the material based on where the sign will stand.
PVC
Light and inexpensive. Painted or wrapped in film. Good for interiors and economy signs.
Acrylic
Diffuses light evenly. The main material for face-lit letters. Glossy, with rich colour.
ACP (aluminium composite panel)
Rigid and flat, weatherproof. Used for backing plates, boxes and flat letters.
Stainless steel
Mirror, brushed or gold finish. The material for halo-lit and premium signs.
Aluminium
Light and doesn't rust. Suits large and rooftop letters, and can be painted any colour.
3D-printed elements
Complex shapes, logos and small details that can't be cut from sheet.

Not every lighting type can be done in every material. Halo-lit, for example, can't be combined with face-lit or side-lit.
